| | ★★★★ Alhumdallah, it is rare to find such a large masjid anywhere. There are two resident scholars on the campus as well as a full time k-8 (as of 2010) private school. |

| | ★★★★★ Contrary to the other views on this page, I find this Masjid to be excellent. The community is very active, sponsoring numerous weekend camps, halaqas and sporting activities. The facilities are excellent - the campus was a former college, complete with dorms, full gymnasium/basketball court, soccer field, playground, and landscaped gardens that are the perfect setting for events and weddings. I find Shaykh Mustafa Ahmed to be very approachable, polite and hospitable. His knowledge of fiqh is very deep. He has worked hard over the last several years towards uniting the Philly area masajid in having one Eid. The school itself is very well run. It has won several accolades from the county and state. Reading and math scores are at least as good, if not significantly better than those from the Lower Merion school district (which possibly is the best public school district in the region). I would strongly recommend the masjid to anyone in the area. It is one of Philly's great Islamic resources and should be checked out. |

| | ★★★★ The masjid is primarily a school, so be sure to call before going to pray, since some of the prayers not during school hours may have few to no people there. Women can pray in the main area. The school is an old mansion on wooded land and is huge and beautiful! |

| | ★★★★ Beautiful premises. There is a main prayer/school/office building a separate boarding building. (Pictures are available on their website.)
It is on a large patch of land in a quiet and clean neighborhood. Plenty of parking. There is a yard behind the mosque where games and events are held.
The prayer area is large, with a wall (with large glass doors so you can see the main area) for women -- although it seems that women could pray in the main area without problems. The imam is easily heard through a microphone and speakers. The floor is nicely decorated with carpets and many books are available inside. The bathroom areas are large and clean. | | |
