Afzal Islamic Montessori offers a toddler program, Kindergarten to 3rd Grade with Montessori methods. We have Qualified E.C.E and Ontario Certified Montessori Teachers with Islamic Studies. We have recently in September 2009 expanded Afzal Islamic Montessori & Academy and opened up a new campus in Downtown Toronto. Our current facility in Scarborough is equipped with 9 classrooms, a boardroom, and 13 washrooms. There is also small indoor gym and an outdoor fenced play-area for safe playing. We also have a Musalla with a separate area designated for sisters. This area of the school has a separate entrance and is open to the community for daily prayers including Juma, Taraweeh and five times Salaah. Last updated 2 years ago
