I attend Jumah at Makkah Masjid, some of descriptions above are inaccurate.
Demographically, the Masjid is mostly African American converts, not South Asian, and the khutbah is in English, not Urdu. Transit Access to the Masjid does exist, it is one block away from the subway stop for Susquehanna and Dauphin. The Masjid is very nice overall, with a relatively big praying area for the women downstairs. It is also conveniently located near Temple University.
