Elementary students are located at the Canadian Islamic Centre, while the Junior High students are located in the west side of the city. The EIS offers programs based on Alberta Education curriculum coupled with Arabic and Islamic studies, along with a wide-range of extra-curricular activities. Children wear a uniform. As the EIS is has outgrown its current capacity, and demand continues to grow, the community is building a new school the Edmonton Islamic Academy.
